Delivery time
Orders within Baku arrive in 1-2 business days. To other regions (Ganja, Sumgayit, etc.) 3-5 business days. Every candle is made by hand, so please allow preparation time.
Shipping fees
Within Baku: 5 AZN. Other regions: 8-12 AZN depending on distance. Free shipping on orders over 100 AZN.
Payment
Cash on delivery or bank transfer. Card payment will be added soon.
Packaging
Your candles ship in secure packaging to prevent breakage — reusable cardboard box with natural protective filler.
Returns & exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately. Used candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
International shipping
We currently ship only within Azerbaijan. For international orders, please reach us on WhatsApp.
