What are your candles made of?
All our candles are 100% natural soy wax. Fragrance oils are high-quality and clean. Wicks are cotton or wood, lead-free.
How do I place an order?
You can reach us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. We'll confirm your order, payment method, and delivery details together.
How long does delivery take?
1-2 business days within Baku. 3-5 business days for other regions. Every order is hand-packed with care.
Payment methods?
Currently we accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Card payment will be added soon.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Every candle is shipped in eco-friendly packaging. If you'd like a special gift note or personal message, tell us when ordering.
How long does a candle burn?
Burn time is listed on each product page. Typically 35-50 hours. With proper care, it lasts longer — see our candle care page.
Large or bulk orders?
For weddings, corporate gifts, or wholesale, please reach us on WhatsApp. Special pricing and packaging is available.
Can I return a candle?
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 3 days — we'll replace or refund. See our shipping & returns page for more.
